July 4th Celebration
Every year my Aunt Lena puts on a big celebration for the 4th of July. She has a pool outside, so everyone gets to swim and just hang out on the deck. Hope was not a big fan of the water, but Isaiah loved it. We ate lots of great food and played games. This was the first year I got to see Isaiah watch fireworks! I usually work every year, but I got called off this year:) It was just an all around awesome time with the family!

FINALLY
The wedding! So after 7 years of dating Craig & Beth FINALLY tied the knot! As for the title of my post, everytime the camera man took a picture he had us all yell FINALLY! Hope did a spectacular job. She walked perfectly down the aisle holding her basket of flowers. She even got a round of applause as she reached the front of the aisle. Since I was at the back of the aisle waiting with her and Ryan was at the front of the aisle waiting for her, we didn't get any good pictures. But my dad said he got some great ones, so as soon as he sends them to me, I will post them. Isaiah kept getting asked if he was the ringbearer because he was wearing a suit with the same color shirt as the bridesmaids. He looked so handsom! Beth was an absolutely beautiful bride. And you could just see the happiness in their eyes as they said their vows! We are so BLESSED to be adding a wonderful, caring, and loving woman to our family. And I am not just saying that because she is studying to be a Pediatrician! Congratulations Craig & Beth! We love you and we hope you had a beautiful time in Hawaii! Now it's time to start studying for law school and med school!

Rehearsal
My step-brother Craig (or David...whatever) and his fiance Beth are getting married tomorrow. Hope is the adorable flowergirl. She did rather well tonight at the rehearsal. I was not expecting her to walk down the aisle at all. However she did BOLT down the aisle after the ringbearer. But what can I say except....She's 22months old people! Anyway, I think she will do marvelous tomorrow. Isaiah however, did not do so well at the rehearsal and he is not even in the wedding! I believe Ryan got told, "excuse me sir...is that your kid....well he was SHAKING the candelabra, so can you please explain to him not to do that again?" Ryan, "Of course sir, I am soooo sorry about that." Man turns around and walks away...Ryan (in a hush but VERY stearn voice) "ISAIAH JOHN....GET...OVER...HERE....RIGHT NOW!!!" And Scene!!! The rest of the conversation/actions are unmentionable! J/K After the rehearsal, we had a delicious dinner at Season's restaurant. It was put on by my Dad and Step-mom. It was very good. However the best part was getting to visit with my Aunt Gloria and cousin Beth who flew in from New Jersey for the wedding.

Trophy Time
Isaiah had his last T-Ball game! He was pretty bummed that the season was over. It took a long time for him to understand that a new season will be here soon. After the game, the team had a BBQ at the park and the kids got their trophy's. Isaiah was awarded "Most Dedicated" by Coach Ortega. Thanks for a GREAT season!
