So Excited!!!
We are getting a minature dachsaund! Ryan's coworker sent him an email about a friend selling puppies and Ryan saw the pictures and instantly fell in love. Yes, my husband the Antidog man fell in love with a puppy. He was born 3/13 weighing 10oz. H was the first born. We haven't come up with a name yet, but isn't he adorable! We have never owned nor crate trained a puppy before, so any advice is greatly appreciated. We will pick him up on May 1st. Isaiah is ECSTATIC...Hope on the other hand is afraid of anything that moves, so there will be some adjusting!

How adorable. I can see why Ryan had a hard time resisting this little guy. My parent's have dogs that are crate-trained, and my best advice would be - patience.
